CONSTRUCTION MANAGER in ORTIGAS, Metro Manila in Quezon City, National Capital Region

A.Provide full control in the on-site implementation of a project assigned to as for preparing and negotiating cost estimates, budget, and work, timetables, selecting appropriate construction methods and work strategies, interpreting and explaining contract requirements and technical information to workers and other professionals, preparing work progress reports and budget monitoring reports; instructing and supervising personnel and activities onsite, responding to work delays and other problems and emergencies, and complying with legal requirements, building and safety codes and other regulation;
B.To work in harmony and effective collaboration with other engineering disciplines of JFE team and with external parties – Clients, Consultants, Government Agencies, others – in relation to project planning, design procedure and other project requirements.
C.And ,as the Designated Project in Charge, to sign and seal all documents relating to project execution such project reports, permit application and other requirements;
D.Such other functions as my duly assigned to her from time to time
E.20 years working experienced with minimum 5 years working experienced in Water and Waste Water Treatment Plant
F.PRC Licensed Required
G.Project Based
H.To be assigned in Project Site: Quezon City, Las Piñas or Parañaque.
