RESEARCH PROJECT LEADER FOR PASIG HEAD OFFICE Main Responsibilities • Management of the day-to-day, end-to-end planning, organizing, reporting, and controlling of resources, productivity, procedures and protocols to achieve specific project goals • Plans and manages multiple research projects • Delivers project schedules and status reports, foresees impact of resources to schedule • Defines priorities among tasks and among projects • Understands internal influences in the organization and adjusts project workflow accordingly • Clarifies information and points out gaps • Resolves issues within the project to ensure on-time delivery Job Qualifications • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Industrial Engineering, IT Management, Communication Research or equivalent. • Skills requirements: o Highly organized with attention to detail o Strong organizational and administrative skills o Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in both Filipino and English • Working attitude: o Ability to identify and solve problems in workflow, knowing when to escalate to management o Demonstrates flexibility by adjusting project timelines and logistics in case of sudden changes in business requirements o Self-motivated o Works efficiently as part of a team while also being able to work independently with little direct supervision o Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines o Positive demeanor towards accomplishing goals and achieving results • Applicants must be willing to work in Pasig City. • Must be willing to travel across different parts of the country • At least 1-3 years of work experience in field works
