Seeking: SERVICE COORDINATOR, Quezon in Quezon City, National Capital Region

Qualification:
University degree in Management or any related course, with knowledge of customer service principles and practices, relevant computer applications, and administrative procedures.
Responsibilities:
• Deal directly and respond promptly to customer queries either by telephone, mailor face to face and prepare service request form (SRF) on all service calls received for the day;
• Handle and resolve customer complaints pertaining to service and repair work;
• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints;
• Perform customer verifications;
• Process orders, forms, applications and requests;
• Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource;
• Manage customers' accounts;
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions;
• Record details of inquiries, comments, complaints and actions taken;
• Prepare quotations for approval of the General Manager and forward to the respective client;
• Maintain and keep record of all service related transactions.
