Account Specialist, BGC Taguig City in Quezon City, National Capital Region

The Account Specialist is primarily responsible for supporting the Account Management and Account Analyst teams with Operations.
Job Description:
Pull raw data from the company's system as requested to support calculation of manual adjustments, Risk Caps or as assigned.
Draft manual adjustments or calculate Risk Caps as assigned.
Scrub invoices for newly implemented clients and as assigned or directed by Sr. Account Manager and /or Account Analysts.
Post and /or Print invoices for assigned clients.
Pull, save and route PDF version of invoices to Finance for assigned clients.
Enter census data and recalculate invoices for assigned clients.
Preform research as requested by Sr. Account Manager and /or Account Analysts.
Conduct phone calls to clients, as directed by Sr. Account Manager.
Communicate billing deadlines to assigned clients.
Comply with documented billing procedures.
Coordinate with client to obtain lists of terminated employees; update user accounts on Hospicelink to disable terminated users’ accounts.
Assist with customer implementations as requested including, but not limited to, data entry and quality assurance.
Protect company’s intellectual property and the privacy of customers’ data.

Microsoft Office (especially Microsoft Excel)
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, or applicable field
