Job Description:
Entering vendor invoices into NetSuite ERP.
Invoices are in PDF format and received via email.Candidate must be able to read the line items on the invoice and the PO, make sure they match, enter the invoice number, the date and any additional notes. It's essentially data entry but there are a few steps in the process where the candidate would need to be able to discern variances and address them with our accounts payable manager.Classify credit card transactions inside NetSuite ERP.This is essentially the process of taking a Google Adwords charge for, say $500, and matching it to our G/L account for Google Adwords.
Assist with other administrative or accounting related tasks as requested.This would greatly depend on the candidates ability to perform the tasks above with a high degree of accuracy and consistency.The start date would be ASAP, would need to train them for at least a week.
The candidate would initially be interviewed by me and then our accounts payable manager.
Job Requirements:
Someone who has experience with either NetSuite, Sales Force, Financial Force or any larger ERP financial platform.
Experience in Quickbooks..
Must have experience with working particularly with a US client.
