General Accounting Supervisor, Ortigas and Makati in Quezon City, National Capital Region

Requirements:
BS Accountancy Graduate
at least 1 yr experience as GA Supervisor (managed at least 3 team members)
MINIMUM OF 5 YEARS accounting or finance work experience; at least 3 YEARS SUPERVISORY EXPERIENCE (managed at least 3 team members)
at least 3 years experience in general accounting, financial reporting and statutory compliance
Other Requirements:
Strong knowledge in finanace, accounting and taxation; proficient in SAP and MS Excel, good in verbal and written communication, good organizational and time management skills; willing to work extended hours; can work under pressure; has the baility to lead and motivate a team; has vast experience in process.
honest; self-motivated and willing to take responsibility; can work with minimum supervision; with positive " can do" attitude; very keen to attention; high EQ and analytical skills; ability to handle subordinates and manage a team ( AT LEAST THREE MEMBERS).
Preferably with:
CPA; with excellent communication skills and extensive experience in developing and implementation of process improvements; strong presentation and negotiation skills.
