It is the Telemarketer’s role to contribute for the sales of a full service marketing incentives agency. The target is to build well-targeted databases of potential decision makers who will be interested in the agency’s offerings.
Job Description:
Explain to clients the company service in order to demonstrate his/her understanding of our business
Secure knowledge of how companies are structured and the parties that are involved on the decision making processes of purchasing business services such as marketing incentives
Demonstrate he/she sharing the core customer service values of the company, that is “We do not hard sell or impose our views on how a business should go about incentives, but rather understand the objectives and struggle points of a company, share knowledge/consult with our clients and potential clientsâ€
Demonstrate experience on distilling information and translating it into useful and meaningful information.
