Secretaries Administration Department (assigned at AC/R Service, Muntinlupa City in Quezon City, National Capital Region

Secretarial

Responsibilities:
They will perform secretarial tasks such as taking or transcribing dictation from superiors and type memorandum and correspondence and/or composes memorandum/correspondence. They will initiate preparation and development of written reports required by her superior at acceptable format of presentation. They will prepare and file confidential documents and ensure its upkeep and safe keeps under lock-and-key. They will handle telephone calls of superior; screen and refer calls to concerned party. They will make an appointment, and arrange meetings, conferences, etc. They will request for the purchase of, receive delivery and control issuance of office supplies, medicines and drugs that may be requested by employees. They will perform other administrative-related tasks that may be assigned by their superior from time to time.
Requirements:
Graduate of (4) years Business or Secretarial course
Must have at least one (1) year experience as Secretary
Newly graduate (for Human Resources Department)
Must be computer literate and has a working knowledge on various PC based softwares
Can type at no less than 30 wpm
Must be proficient in both written and oral communication
Must possess a pleasant personality and of good moral character
