● Explain to clients the company service in order to demonstrate his/her understanding of our business
● Secure knowledge of how companies are structured and the parties that are involved on the decision making processes of purchasing business services such as marketing incentives
● Demonstrate he/she sharing the core customer service values of the company, that is “We do not hard sell or impose our views on how a business should go about incentives, but rather understand the objectives and struggle points of a company, share knowledge/consult with our clients and potential clients”
● Demonstrate experience on distilling information and translating it into useful and meaningful information.
● Put together databases with leads that have a high-rate of conversion
● Communicate at all levels as well as professionally carry themselves as experts in our industry with a basic understanding of business being targeted and why they are the right fit
