Compiles and sorts documents, such as invoices, bills, vouchers, checks, S.O.A and official receipt, substantiating business transactions.
Prepare vouchers, bills, invoices, check, S.O.A and official receipt.
Execute Data Entry operations and record all daily transaction in columnar book.
Update and email Daily Transaction before end of office hours.
Verify documents substantiating business transactions.
Verify and post particulars of business transactions.
Verify bill discrepancies and resolve with customers.
Responsible to compute and verify totals of all transaction such as P.O, Hotel Voucher and Statement of Account, substantiating business transactions.
Take a responsibility to ensure all rebates, refund of passenger are detailed and with supporting documents before send it to Administrative Supervisor.
Responsible for collecting/follow-up payment.
Reconcile bank statements and other accounts statements every month.
Prepare, reconcile accounts receivable and accounts payable statements.
Execute billing and collections activities.
Prepare a print-out of all necessary documents such us monthly sales, individual sales agent performance, credit card transaction, rebates/refund etc. substantiating all business transaction and make separate folder of each transaction.
Prepare and email monthly billing statements and all necessary documents.
Perform processing of bills…
