College degree holder w/ min 5yrs of Sales and Marketing experience.
Impressive sales leadership record, preferably in managing a group of account executives
28 - 40 years old
Knowledge, Skills and Attitude Required:
An Experienced Team Leader w/ balanced skills in task functioning & relational behavior.
High level of professional integrity & passion for excellence.
Can handle work pressures and assume multiple roles
Skills in coaching, mentoring & training sales people
Customer oriented w/ exposure in qualityimprovement
Account Management / development skills
Forward thinking and decision making ability
Can work cohesively and interdependently with the sales team and other departments
Pro-active, Assertive, and w/ high emotional maturity
