Senior Estimators Oil and Gas (Contracts Management), Quezon City in Quezon City, National Capital Region

Responsibilities Perform site walk through and attend client bid meetingsPrepare quantity take offs and cost estimates for selfperformed project scopesPrepare subcontract RFP packages, review and incorporate subcontract proposalsPrepare proposal documents, including schedules of values, scope clarifications, and preliminary schedulesParticipate in pricing and contract strategies with supervisorsMaintain regular attendance and timeliness on a consistent basisConduct business and interactions with a positive attitude that projects the highest level of professionalismTo work closely with the US based estimating team and project management team to ensure the project meets all financial and regulatory guidelinesTo participate in bid review meetings via teleconferencing or other means remote ifications Engineering background desirable but not required. Equal amount of field experience and education is er candidate with 5 years in heavy industrial projects, refineries and pipelines in either onoff shore experienceUnderstanding of constructability issues, including access, sequencing, work method and construction equipment usageAbility to write proposals to ahigh level of professionalismAbility to set up earned unit reports for completed experienced using MS Office products including Word, Excel. Experience and working knowledge of scheduling softwares including Microsoft Projects and Primavera P6 is desirable but not rience using estimating programs such as Timberline is desirable but not requiredExperience of working in multicultural environmentsGood English written and verbalEffectively works under pressure in a teamoriented environmentDemonstrates the ability to meet deadlines and produce quality complex workWork Schedule Successful candidates will work the graveyard shift to coincide with US West Coast Pacific Standard Benefits
