Engagement in pre-sales support, acting as a consultant on CF processes and controls ? Performs core contract / order validation activities with the vertical teams ? Manages solutions within tracking tool where deployed ? Coordinates contract deliverables and billing across all verticals ?Ensures reconciliation of the full contract ? Acts as the dispute resolution owner for the solution contract ? Manages the relationship with the customer for the solution delivery as appropriate ? Additional Key responsibilities for some elements eg.
