Mandatory Skills: Maven, DOS Batch / Unix shell scripting, WLST using python, SVN administration (experience with Rational Clear Case, or PVCS, or GIT can be backup skills as candidate will learn SVN quickly). Good to have skills: Weblogic 11g administration experience, J2EE familiarity. Strong knowledge in automation and SDLC process knowledge/ Source Control Management experience - Priority Skill.
