Works with each delivery site (delivery site leaders, process managers) to educate them on the SSAE 16 process. Prepares and conducts educational presentations. ? Work with delivery sites to identify a local SSAE 16 coordinator. Educate and train the various site SSAE 16 coordinators. ? Conduct readiness assessments for all IBM GPS SSAE 16 contractual obligations. ? Develops a timeline and workplan by working with PwC (partners and audit managers). ? Execute and manage the workplan to achieve targets and deliverables. ? Conduct Monthly calls with each in-scope Delivery Sites and review monthly monitoring process via dashboard submission. ? Conduct reviews of the evidences submitted by PMO's before submission to PwC auditors. ? Manage access of the related tools used for SSAE 16 monitoring and audit purposes (i.e. Team room and ISC Portal) ? Coordinate and validate updates to SSAE 16 documentation (i.e. DRAFT Report). ? Reviews each issue identified by PwC and works with delivery sites and process managers to develop appropriate responses and required remediation for all issues. ? Tracks the resolution of all issues with responsible parties to ensure remediation prior to next SSAE 16 audit cycle. ? Interfaces with senior level IBM personnel for IBM reporting purposes and issues resolution, as necessary.
