Essential experience
At least 4 years Managerial experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Assistant Manager Managers specializing in Quality Process improvement role or equivalent
Healthcare Account Experience is an advantage
Essential qualification
Candidate must possess at least a BachelorsCollege Degree, any field
Required languages English
COPC and Six Sigma experience or relevant certification

Define and manages achievement of client performance objectives

Design appropriate analysis and works with team to implement analysis
Maximize revenue and measure costs for group
Desirable experience
At least 7 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Desirable qualification
COPC, Six sigma black Green belt or Sigma Black belt or PMP Certified, etc
Desirable skill
Ability to analyze statistical information
Must have a strong six sigma background. Certification is an advantage
The candidates must experience implementing and finishing Six Sigma projects
At least 23 yearsasst. managermanager experience
Familiar will Call center operations
Must have excellent communication skills
Excellent presentation skills
Familiar with Quality tools pareto chart, histogram, Ishikawa, etc
Strong Analytical skills
