BASIC FUNCTION Is responsible for planning, organizing, directing and controlling the activities of personnel involved in the maintenance of peace and order, safety, and traffic in the Araneta Center and Security CIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES iates, coordinates and supervises the implementation, review and analysis of security, safety and traffic programs and policies at all levels center wide.2. Coordinates with and assists government and other sectoral groups in providing effective security and traffic services and maintaining peace and order within the Center and its immediate vicinity.3. Monitors the daytoday conduct of security, safety and traffic activities within the Center and its perimeter areas.4. Studies trends and development in the maintenance of peace and order traffic management and recommends the use of equipment and facilities to attain the Departments objectives.5. Provides advisory services to top management on security, safety and traffic matters.6. Attends Security Seminars and Conferences as Managements representative.7 Submits periodicreports.8. Submits Security Department Budget. 9. Assumes responsibility for the implementation of company policies, rules and regulations, as well as the discipline, attendance, work performance, training and development of personnel under his supervision.10. Performs other related duties as assigned by the COOAdministration Group Head. QUALIFICATIONS A. Education College degree in Criminology. B. Experience Five years experience in handling security and intelligence work, at least three years in managerial capacity. C. Special QualitiesRequirements Must have military background and experience in Security Agency Management.
