Experience: Job Description: 1. Develop supplier base and conduct negotiation process in assigned commodity 2. Track commodities market trends and latest technological processes 3. Initiate and implement material consignment contract, Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) and Just-In-Time (JIT) to suppliers. 4. Conduct supplier survey and assessment jointly with QA, Engineering and Project Team Management 5. Keep abreast of market information in the areas of suppliers information and new products and services to share with internal customers. 6. Manage vendors to resolve complaints to increase our internal customers satisfaction and to minimize future reoccurrences of service failure 7. Draft and manage contracts and commercial related issues Main Accountabilities: 1. Profile category, Plan & report, manage demand, perform industry analysis, reach agreed sourcing strategies, screen suppliers, build selection criteria & perform supplier analysis 2. Build negotiation plans and execute, enterprise-wide contracts, supplier relationship management, spend analysis, forecasting 3. Development productivity tools, supplier development, Work responsibility refinement Education: Candidate must possess a Bachelors Degree in Engineering/Business Administration/Management or equivalent Minimum of 2 years related experience in purchasing or supply chain management industry Skills: Good negotiation skills Good interpersonal skills Computer literate Good communication skills (oral and written) Proficient on any procurement system send resume to hrryukoumeka@gmail.com
