Head of Operations, Quezon City in Quezon City, National Capital Region

The Head of Operations shall be responsible for the daytoday maintenance and management of IT Infrastructure to ensure delivery of the agreed level of IT services to the client. The Head for Operations shall ensure that all daytoday operational activities are carried out in a timely and reliable way.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Incident Management, Request Fulfillment and Problem Management Ensure disrupted services are restored and incidents are resolved within acceptable service levels
IT Operations Control Monitor the whole IT Infrastructure on a 24 x 7 basis through the Network Operations Center, and ensure all required services are up and running and updated in all installation sites nationwide within acceptable service levels as agreed with the client
Capacity and Availability Management
JOB REQUIREMENT
At least ten years experience in IT Operations
