The Candidate Care Center provides shared services support to Recruiters, Staffing Consultants, External Clients, and Ops Management including but not limited to the following functional areas: Interview Scheduling, Travel Coordination, Offer, Background, Onboarding, Event Management, Reporting, and Call Center Support. The Operations Manager will be focused on developing supervisors within the team, maintaining and improving relationships with current clients, expanding current service offerings, while improving net income. They may also assist the Director in new client/project launches. In this capacity, the Operations Manager's major responsibilities include but are not limited to: ? The Operations Manager provides leadership, personnel management and mentoring to the Candidate Care Center. The current team size is 45 and growing. ? The Operations Manager has development responsibility for direct reports which consist of a team of 2-5 supervisors in addition to having 1-10 line staff as direct reports ? The Operations Manager represents the RPO team and Kenexa with external audiences and may be involved in the development and presentation of reports, white papers, case studies, and sales presentations on topics in the field of RPO ? Building, improving and maintaining client relationships and partnerships that leads to increased customer satisfaction and increased revenue ? Manage specific aspects of recruitment coordination programs for Kenexa's resources for global customers ? Providing strategic guidance and leadership to client and Kenexa Program Staff ? Accountable for ensuring that all program metrics and customer metrics are maintained ? Assist the Director in the continual growth of the Candidate Care Center on an international level ? Responsible for overseeing resource allocation and staffing Essential Duties and Responsibilities: ? Accountability for designing and/or delivering to customer SLA's, monthly and quarterly business metrics ? Consulting with clients in identifying system/process enhancements necessary to better align the solution with their business goals, including prioritizing those enhancements needed to meet project deadlines and budgets ? Reviewing risk and quality plans to ensure necessary mitigation and continuous improvement plans are identified and implemented ? Building deep relationships with our customers and continuing to integrate our services when their needs change and value can be added ? Responsible for time card approval and Quarterly Employee Reviews ? Accountable for maintaining a high performing, experienced team focused on customer's deliverables ? Accountable for lowering turnover and increasing team engagement and morale ? Responsible for mentoring, coaching and developing team, recognizing strengths and weaknesses, and developing our future leaders ? Ensuring the customer's solution and recruitment process as designed is executed consistently across multiple sites ? Developing and disseminating program status reports for internal and external stakeholders including Monthly Operations documentation for Executive team, weekly status reports, and post-mortem analyses. (Quarterly Business Reviews) ? Conduct daily, weekly huddles with Staff, cascading Kenexa and customer information as appropriate ? Develop and maintain relationships with primary clients, including but not limited to external client Account Managers and Project Managers, Kenexa Ops Team and Management, and Client Relationship Directors ? Meet and exceed business objectives Required * Bachelor's Degree * English: Fluent Additional information ?
