An Operations Supervisor is an operations and clientservices professional. He is responsible for the management of all outlets ensuring compliance with product standards, productivity and sales. Ensure maximum customers satisfaction from all stakeholders internal external. Cooperate, communicate, and coordinate with other departments to ensure that operations and support departments are on track towards achieving business goals. He ensures that the people and resources devoted to completing a goal are well coordinated. He is expected to organize a combination of responsibilities, including managing, scheduling, communication among team members, initiating coordination meetings, develop marketing materials and strategies.
