Project Manager, Quezon City in Quezon City, National Capital Region
Responsibilities
Define the scope of the project
Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders
Define, acquire, develop and manage the resources for the project
Develop the plan
Assign roles, work and delegate responsibility
Communicatemanage progress, risks and issues
Monitorprogress, readjust plans as necessary, ensure execution and delivery of the project
Participate in business development and leads management and marketing initiatives of the company
Plan, develop, manage reusable assets from the project
Participate in leads management activities of existing and potential accounts
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a BachelorsCollege Degree , Computer ScienceInformation Technology,
Engineering ComputerTelecommunication, Business StudiesAdministrationManagement or
equivalent.
Project management, with relevant experience in Banking and Utilities industries and development reengineering
projects.
At least 10 years of total IT relevant experience and at least 4 years of IT solutionsproject delivery
management experience.
Experience in leading projects using the various technologies Java, Microsoft, Open Source, Cloud and
Mobile.
Knowledge and experience of globally known project management standards in relation to PMBOK,
PRINCE2 or ITIL. Project Management Certification is a plus but not required.
Experience in Agile Scrum methodology, Scrum Master certification is an advantage.
Highly analytical, strong interpersonal skills communication, leadership and teamplayer, strong personal
and management effectiveness decision making, time management, issues management, strategic
thinking and execution.
Participate in business development activities Leads generation and Proposal preparation.
Applicants must be willing to work in Dual Site Makati City and Quezon City.
