HIRING: SENIOR MANAGER FOR PHARMACY ACCOUNT FOR QUEZON CITY (READ FROM TOP TO BOTTOM)
Note: If candidate passed the phone interview he/she will be invited for a face to face interview directly to the client’s office.
SALARY OFFER/RANGE: Php 70,000-100,000
WORK SHIFT: ROTATING SHIFT
NATURE OF COMPANY: BPO
Qualifications:
●JD-Oversee all work delivered through a global, regional or centre service delivery operation, including managing the teams, implementing and improving standard processes and tools to drive operational efficiencies, and met operational and financial commitments.
●strong operations delivery role in BPO
●Bachelor’s degree in either Business, Sciences, or Arts or related experience required
●Outsourcing claim operations experience preferred, but not required
●Supervisory experience required of teams greater than 30 FTEs
●Strong proficiency in English communication - both written and oral
●Strong Client Management Skills
●High Attention to details
