Experience or Knowlegeable in Actual Trouble shooting , Preventive Maintenance for Window Type, Split Type Units VRF VRV units. both inverter and Non inveter compressor. Experience or Knowlegeable in Installation for Split Type units. Experience in Handling Rank And File. Service Technicians. Experience in Technical Report for Warranty Issues and Installation Deficiencies. SKILLS Computer Literate, Excel, Micrsoft Word . Knwoledge in Power Point is an advantage. Service Sales nt in English Speaking is an advantage. With Good Oral Communications. CHARACTERS Good Moral, Hard Working Working with Less Supervision. Honest and Loyal to the Company. Decision Maker with Integrity.A heating, ventilation, and air conditioning HVAC service head supervises staff who install, repair, and maintain heating and air conditioning systems in residences and commercial buildings. Service Head hire new employees and train technicians. Service Head should have a strong mechanical and installation understanding of the tools and equipment that technicians use. They may need to go on service calls as necessary. Because heads also deal directly with customers, it is important that they have good customer service and communication skills.
