Manager for Telecoms Voice infra, will ensure the 24x7 operations of HGS in Philippines. He will be task with launching IT initiatives geared towards the rapid expansion plan. He will also be responsible for ensuring high levels of service and voice quality. He will also beresponsible product upgrades and new strategies designed to further improve HGS existing voice infrastructure. He will be managing a team of 5 highly skilled Telecoms engineers. Candidate must be willing to work in graveyard shift and working beyond the regular hours due to nature ofthe operations. Candidate must have excellent troubleshooting and communications irements Should be BS ECE or COE graduate 2 years of experience in managing Avaya PABX or ACD, IP PABX, AES, Voicemail, and Call Management Systems CMS 2 years of experience in managing NICE and VERINT recording platforms Advantages Avaya Certified Associate ACA Knowledgeable with Aspect Dialers Knowledgeable with any Call Accounting Systems systems like Teltrac, Teleaudit etc. Knowledgeable with Avaya EMMC
