URGENT HIRING FOR BRANCH MANAGER (20 VACANCIES), Quezon City in Quezon City, National Capital Region

Job Description:
Will do the performance evaluation and DTR validation of branch employees
Monitors promotions, leave application, and resignation/separation of existing employees
Administration of disciplinary actions
Manpower sourcing
Basic housekeeping
DPR Checking
Checking of actual Official Receipts versus entries in the DPR
Amount collected versus amount deposited
Discrepancy must be duly accounted
INVENTORY (BN and REPO, including TBAS)
Ensures and monitors proper handling of inventory units such as:
brand new
repossessed
deposited and reconditioned units
tools
spare parts
accessories
other branch assets
Must be properly secured and safeguarded at all times.
Must conduct regular physical count of stocks inventory upon opening and before closing of the branch
Must reconcile actual inventory against per branch records
QUALIFICATIONS:
*Must be a Bachelor's/College Degree holder
*Knowledgeable with sales and collection procedures and system
*Possess People-management skills, leadership and problem solving
*Excellent both in oral and written communication skills
*Knows how to drive motorcycle and w/ prof drivers license
*Experience in a motorcycle industry is a plus
