Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer service support calls from established customer
Ensures customers receive efficient and courteous service
Provide consistent superior service to every customer by utilizing all available tools and resources
Requirements:
Graduate of any 4- year course, preferably a life- science course, or
Finished 2nd year in college but with at least 6 months call center experience
Customer- service oriented
Has good communication and interpersonal skills
Has very good analytical and problem- solving skills
Knowledgeable in MS Offices and internet browsing
Willing to work in shifting schedules or holidays
Amenable to be assigned in Quezon City or Alabang
