Ã¼Must have be a Filipino Citizen or native Vietnamese with Resident Visa/Marriage Visa in the Philippines
Ã¼Must have a diploma in any field
Ã¼Experience in ForEx is an advantage but not required
Ã¼Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities:
Ã˜Encourage/maintain relationships with interested clients to register at an online trading site (FOREX) through different networks
Ã˜Address to customer queries and concerns about the trading site via phone and e-mail
Ã˜Accurately logs and monitors all activity related to user accounts in the CRM system
Ã˜Establish customer database by collecting and verifying information and sourcing thru referrals
Ã˜Keep records of daily, weekly and monthly activities in report trackers
Ã˜Escalates all customer related concerns to the proper channels for immediate attention and necessary actions
Ã˜Ensures confidentiality of customer information (ex; bank details, contact numbers, etc)
Ã˜Effectively meet sales target
