Team Leader - Desktop / Technical Support, Quezon City in Quezon City, National Capital Region

Qualifications:
Degree holder, BS ECE / BSIT / BSCS / BSCOE or any IT related courses.
Minimum of 5 years experience in IT related field.
Minimum of 2 years experience as Supervisor / Team Leader.
Monitor Technical Support Operation and coordinate issues to other support group.
Strong knowledge in desktop, laptop, mobile device and network troubleshooting and configuration.
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Experience in Remote Desktop Support (RDP)
Familiar in IT Service Management like Helpdesk system, Incident Management, Service Level Management.
Customer service oriented
Capable to do multitasking and flexible.
