Rush process :

Requirements for Non-Filipinos :
1. birth certificate
2. size 2x2 pictures
3. legal capacity
they can apply in their own country and
pick-up in the Philippines’ US embassy.
4. divorce paper if applied
5. xerox of any government ids with
complete signature and recent picture
6. xerox of whole passport.
7. he should stay 15 days in the country before the wedding date.
